I came in for service to replace the fuel/water separator. They couldn’t replace it, damaged it, and then said they don’t have the plastic part underneath. They put it back damaged and I wasted my time. Not recommended.

They destroyed my truck when they were doing the service and then they argued with me. I waited 5 hours and in the end my truck was destroyed. I had to pay for it and of course have it repaired at another shop.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Dustin and Kyle at TA/Petro 44 (Joplin, MO) I recently returned to the TA/Petro 44 in Joplin, Missouri for preventive maintenance and a full truck inspection, and once again the experience exceeded expectations. This visit reaffirmed why I trust this location with my equipment. From the moment I checked in, Lead Tech Advisor Dustin demonstrated exceptional professionalism. His communication was clear, respectful, and thorough. He took the time to explain what would be done, what they would be looking for, and made sure I understood every option available. His approach showed genuine concern for my safety as a driver and for maintaining the integrity of the work performed. Kyle, the technician who handled the preventive maintenance and inspection, was equally impressive. He identified a few items that needed attention and explained them in a straightforward, no‑pressure manner. Both he and Dustin presented solutions, not problems — something every driver appreciates. Their professionalism, politeness, and commitment to doing things the right way stood out. What meant the most to me was the feeling that I wasn’t treated as “just another truck.”

I gotta say that the service manager & service technician were simply awesome! This Truck- tractor trailer tire service is located by a Pilot Flying J Truck Stop- A perfect location. The most important thing I can say about this shop is they are honest with tire diagnosis and very affordable with quick, great service. Usually going to a roadside repair shop, you expect super high prices as you probably won't be back in the area. Not so here' I was really impressed. I thought we needed a new trailer tire but the tech said the flat tire was repairable. And so far about 3,000 miles away on the road- it is holding solid. The bill was very affordable. My Truck team is based in California and goes coast to coast on long haul logistics and if we're back on same area & need of service-they are the ones! People in the area would be most pleased to use their services. After all they are Goodyear and that means quality. More important us the store team cause they make it happen Thank you Shop Team for the tire service and other details you took care of. I was very happy.

I came here to do an oil change twice , called in 3 hours ahead that’s what people should do too and not complain that they have to wait for forever . Guy told me I need to wait for little bit of time when I got here so I went to fuel up and had quick breakfast and they called me to bring the truck in. While they doing oil change went to take a shower and just enjoy the weather outside the truck . About an hour in they called me cause truck is done ✔️ . I really appreciate the service that they provided . Look for good things not the bad things guys.
